  • Meat Processing: $1.50 / kg of carcass hook weight

  • Corned Beef: $10

SHEEP & GOAT - DISPATCH & BUTCHER

  • Slaughter: $40 Large Sheep / $35 Lamb

WILD GAME - BUTCHER

Professional butchery & packing at our MPI registered facilities for venison and wild boar. Carcasses will only be accepted if received cleaned and skinned.
